To be eligible for courses in data science in Canada, one must fulfil the following requirement:
For UG level: Students must have passed 10+2 with at least 75% overall from a recognised university.
For PG Level: Applicant should have passed a bachelor's degree or allied course with Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Machine Learning. In addition, they must score at least 75% in the previous exam.
For Certificate/Graduate Diploma: Diploma or college degree is required.
For PhD level: 80% overall aggregate from 12th till Master program
To apply for data science in Canada, you should pass the proficiency test with the required band or scores. So many language tests are accepted by Canadian universities, such as PTE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. A minimum score of 6.5 or more is required to be eligible. Other requirement includes cracking the entrance exam. Students taking admission to UG courses may have to take SAT exam. For PG-level courses, some universities require students to clear GMAT or GRE along with 1 to 2 years of work experience.
