On-campus Accommodation

The University of Surrey has over 5000 rooms that suit the needs of almost all its students. All rooms are self-catering, have communal kitchens, except for the Studio Apartments in the Manor Park campus, and have broadband service. All rooms are categorised from A to E based on pricing and amenities. There is also the option to pay the rent in instalments. Family apartments, visiting rooms and staff rooms available, and there is also the option to take rooms according to term dates. This can be 38 weeks for Undergraduates and 52 weeks for Postgraduates. The meal plan cost is generally not included in the monthly rent.

Off-campus Accommodation

You can choose a studio, communal, and three-and-four-bedroom apartments; the rent ranges from GBP 600 to GBP 800. The amenities include a bike storage area, high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, a private courtyard etc.
