Critical Skills Employment Permit

Eligibility Criteria

General Employment Permit

• Have a job offer in Ireland.
• Should have the necessary experience, qualifications, and skills, as determined by the Labor Market Needs Test. Before offering this position to non-EEA/EU nationals, employers should have advertised it in the EEA.
• Should have a minimum income of €30,000 (€27,000 for non-EEA students who graduated within the last year with a graduate position from the Critical Skills Occupations List). The annual salary criterion must be met.

If your employment is on the list of Critical Skills Occupations and the job offer includes a minimum wage of €64,000 per year, this will exclude from the Labor Market Test.
